President’s Message

In May 1985, Ed Wozniak founded a business with a straightforward mission: to own and operate manufacturing companies in the engineered metal industry, and to drive growth in those companies by operating with the highest possible professional standards.

As we fast approach our 35^th year in business, we’ve grown into a $100 million company that eagerly serves the global market. Yet our core values have not changed. We’re still family owned and privately managed; we remain true to our founding vision of growth through integrity, hard work and responsibility. Our entrepreneurial spirit still runs deep, as well as our passion for exceeding our customers’ expectations each and every day.

Although the aforementioned values still guide our business today, it’s also immensely gratifying to know that the Wozniak brand has come to be known as progressive, exciting, and even cutting edge. We’ll continue to drive progress in the engineered metal industry, providing even greater value to our customers around the world.
