Wozniak Industries, Inc was formed in 1985 by Ed Wozniak as an operating company with the mission to purchase, own and operate manufacturing companies with a similar OEM customer base. Wozniak Industries Inc. is a privately held family enterprise with second generation leadership overseeing day-to-day operations of the company.
Wozniak Industries is a profitable company with annual sales approximating $100 million dollars. We have three divisions and four manufacturing locations with our corporate headquarters in Oakbrook Terrace, IL (Chicago suburb). We provide “Engineered Metal Solutions for the Global Market”. Our capabilities include forging, stamping, fabrication, precision machining and other managed services.

Our capabilities allow us to produce a variety of custom engineered parts in a variety of materials and processes. This also provides us with the ability to customize specific programs to accommodate each customer’s specific requirements.
